A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to begin.

OWNERSHIP & PUBLISHING

Upon full payment, ownership of the final master recording is transferred to the Client.

Composition ownership and publishing rights are shared between Composer and Client.

Agreement includes:

  • 50/50 composition and publishing split

  • Client retains exclusive ownership and commercial control of the master recording

  • Composer retains writer’s share, publishing share, and composer credit

Both parties agree to register the Composition consistent with this ownership split.

Terms

  • 50% non-refundable deposit required before work begins

  • Submission of a project request does not guarantee project acceptance

  • Projects are accepted at Composer discretion

  • Work begins after deposit is received

  • Two (2) revision rounds are included

  • Additional revisions are billed separately

  • Major creative direction changes may require a new agreement or additional billing

  • Turnaround times vary depending on project scope, communication, and revision requests

  • Final files are delivered after receipt of full payment

  • Final delivery includes mixed but unmastered WAV and MP3 files

  • Stems, multitracks, and alternate exports are available for an additional fee

  • Ownership of the final master recording transfers upon full payment

  • Composer retains 50% publishing ownership and writer’s share unless otherwise agreed in writing

  • Unpaid, abandoned, draft, or rejected work remains property of the Composer

  • Composer retains the right to decline projects prior to acceptance and deposit payment
